What payment methods are available?

We only accept Payment made through UTRUST platform. This way, you can use BTC or ETH with buyer protection.  

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Greenland.
For other countries, the shipping costs are calculated according to the location at the time of checkout.

How is my order processed and shipped?

Your order will be processed and your product sent by UTRUST partners. UTRUST does not sell these items by itself, as we only authorized our partners to use UTRUST brand and trademark on the products being sold.

Is there a way to track my shipment status?

Yes. You can follow your shipment status using a code that our shipping partners will send by email to you, once your order is shipped.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

If UTRUST products exist in stock, generally we need up to 15 business days to prep and ship your order. Otherwise, if you order any UTRUST product out of stock, the shipping can take up to 30 days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always cancel it and your payment will be refunded.

Exchanges/Returns

UTRUST products must be returned with no signs of use within 30 days of receiving the order.  The shipping costs for the return are at your expense. We will process your refund within 60 days.
